Letting you know that I have received my umbrella this morning which is lovely and looks larger and stronger than my old one which broke in the bad weather last week and delivery was very fast as well. Thanks once again.

It was a present for my daughter and because of your impressive service, friendly follow-through phone call and speedy delivery I was able to give it to her on the day of her birthday.

I received the replacement umbrella today and all is fine. I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to you and Simon for such great Customer Service, you both dealt with my complaint so quickly I was thrilled with the outcome, and less than a week after my complaint I have received a replacement umbrella. You are both a credit to the Company and I hope they realise this. I wish many other Customer Relations departments had more people like you and Simon to deal with their customers.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but the umbrellas arrived as promised. One day later than you hoped but still gave us enough time to prepare them for our dance number. Our choreographer said they were perfect – colour, weight and size for her dancers. I have attached two photos to show you. They are grainy as I took them backstage from the tv screen. Even so you can get an idea of how we used them. The production was a sell-out success. Thank you so much for all your help.

I just wanted to let you know I was so excited to receive my colour change poppy umbrella today at work. Even though the girls I care for thought it was a "giant toblerone" they too were excited to see the red poppies. Thankfully it was raining outside so I could show them.
